ax999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use
It is mandatory to read these terms carefully before opening an account or using any service on the ax999 platform. This document forms the legal basis of the agreement between you and ax999.
1. Introduction & Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the ax999 platform and any individual ("User" or "you") who uses any service on the platform.
By completing registration on the ax999 platform or by using any part of the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the platform.

2. User Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to use the ax999 platform. This service is available only to those aged 21 and above. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited. Any such account that is identified will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may create and operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If more than one account is found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings earned will be considered void.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Providing false or misleading information is prohibited. ax999 reserves the right to verify identity when necessary, and it is the user's responsibility to cooperate with the verification process.
3. Account Management
3.1 Security & Confidentiality
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Avoid sharing this information with any third party. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out from your account.
3.2 Account Suspension or Closure
ax999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of the Terms
- Participation in fraudulent activity
- Operating multiple accounts
- Bonus abuse or attempting to manipulate the system
- Providing false information during account registration
3.3 Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed; however, any pending bonuses may be cancelled.
4. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
ax999 currently supports transactions through the following mobile banking methods:

4.2 Minimum Limits
For all payment methods:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. If identity verification or additional documents are required before a withdrawal request is approved, processing may take longer.
4.4 Transaction Validity
You may only deposit from and withdraw to a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Transactions using third-party accounts are prohibited and may be cancelled.
5. Bonus & Promotional Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit at ax999, you will receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus — bringing your total balance to ৳3,000. Or if you deposit ৳22,000, the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 applies — bringing your total balance to ৳42,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied to the bonus amount only — not to the deposited amount. For example, a ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Usage Terms
- Bonuses are usable only on designated games on the ax999 platform.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — until the wagering requirement is completed.
- Each promotional offer may have its own terms and will apply separately.
- ax999 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and associated winnings if bonus abuse is found.
- One offer can be used only once per user, per household, address, or device.
5.4 VIP Cashback
ax999's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.7% at Silver, and up to 1.0% at Gold. Tiers are upgraded based on user activity. Cashback is withdrawable and separate wagering requirements may apply.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Policy
All bets on the ax999 platform are final and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. Incorrect results caused by technical errors may be voided and ax999 reserves the right to review the related bets.
6.2 Sports Betting
Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Sports bets are settled based on official results. If a match or tournament is postponed or cancelled, ax999 will settle bets according to its established policy.
6.3 Fraud & Manipulation Prohibited
Any form of fraudulent activity — such as software hacking, use of bots, exploiting algorithms, or collusion (conspiring with other players) — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and associated winnings will be forfeited.
7. Intellectual Property & Content Usage
All content on the ax999 platform — logos, graphics, designs, text, software, and gaming materials — is protected under the intellectual property rights of the respective owners. Users are permitted to view this content for personal and non-commercial purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Copying, reproducing, or redistributing platform content
- Using ax999's logos or trademarks without authorization
- Attempting reverse engineering or searching for source code
- Using any part of the platform for commercial purposes
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Interruption
ax999 will not be held responsible if the service is temporarily unavailable due to technical errors, internet connection disruptions, server maintenance, or other unavoidable reasons. However, efforts will be made to minimize any impact on users in such situations.
8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

The performance and outcomes of these games are determined by the respective provider's systems. ax999's liability for any issues arising from a game provider's technical errors is limited.
